We aim to repond to all Support requests within 2 hours and if we cannot resolve the problem within that time, your case will be escalated to our 2nd or 3rd line support desk.
Live Help An alternative to our email ticketing system is to use our Live Help feature, you will immediately be put through to one of our live UK based operators who can quickly advise on sales or technical questions. Bronze, Silver or Gold customers will also be given access to our Telephone Support Helpdesk, a quick call to one of our operators and we will deal with your issue straight away as a priority.
